Dayton FTZ
The Greater Dayton Foreign Trade Zone was created in 1984 to benefit area companies engaged in international trade.

Today the Zone includes eleven sites, with approximately 1,000 acres included in the program.


Zones
Dayton International Airport - Vandalia
1,005 acres total includes four City of Dayton-owned parcels within the Dayton International Airport complex. One parcel is currently activated.

The largest general-purpose zone, this site includes 150 acres of development ready land for consideration, as well as a number of high quality buildings suitable for a wide variety of companies and operations.
Menlo Worldwide - Dayton
Zone Operator, Menlo Logistics, operates its North American sortation hub at this 24-hour facility at Dayton International Airport.
Metro west industrial Park - Dayton
39 acres warehouse facility located in the 2300 block of McCall Avenue, Dayton, Ohio; owned by MetroWest.

Shoup Mill Farms Industrial Park - Dayton
4.5 acres Shoup Mill Farms Industrial Park located at 4966 Riverton Drive, Dayton, Ohio, owned by Citywide Development Corporation. Sherwin Williams built a 40,000 square foot building on the site. Allstate built a 40,000 square foot building on the site.

Operator, Dayton Phoenix Group - 28 acre site in the City of Dayton.
Delphi Automotive
Original equipment manufacturer, Delphi Automotive occupies this 288-acre site in suburban Kettering.
Behr America
Behr America recently acquired this former Daimler Chrysler facility in east Dayton.
